Prices are per week, arrival after 4pm Saturday, checkout by 10 am following Saturday, includes reasonable usage of Gas, electricity, phone, internet, Sky+HD, LoveFilm, linen, towels (excl. beach) and cleaning. Sorry no pets, no smoking. Shorter lets are available out of mid and high season on request. Discount given of 10% on parties of less than 6.
