Payment / Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the rental is required for bookings prior to 60 days before Holiday Start Date. Bookings after this require payment in full. Any balance is due 60 days before the holiday starts. A security deposit of £300 in case of damages taken at the time of the deposit which is fully refundable after the holiday.
Prior to 60 days before holiday start date - £100 cancellation Charge
Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days (inclusive) prior to holiday start - 60% of Holiday rental is charged as cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 29 days and 1 day prior to holiday start - 90% of Holiday rental is charged as cancellation fee.
Cancellation on or after start date -No Refund
Please note this is a non smoking property, and no pets are accepted. We cannot unfortunately accept group bookings (four or more persons) where all members of the party are under 25 or all are of the same sex.

In order to make a booking or enquiry
You should first contact us by telephone or email to check your preferred dates are available, confirm prices and any relevant rental conditions. We will then send you a booking form to complete.
In order to confirm a booking we will need a deposit (25% of the rental) and the completed and signed booking form with details of the holiday guests, any optional extras required (see below) and your agreement to our terms and conditions.

What is included in the holiday price
Holiday Rental Price includes: Free welcome pack, Final cleaning, Linen, towels (not beach towels), Water, Electricity, Gas, (incl. BBQ Gas), Reasonable Internet and telephone usage, Sky TV and LoveFilm (Amazon Instant) charges. One bag of wood, one bag of BBQ charcoal.
Free Welcome pack includes Devon Cream Teas, Coffee, Semi Skimmed Milk, Butter, Sugar, Kitchen Rolls, Toilet Rolls.
We can hire the following for your holiday; Travel Cot (£14), Stair Gate (£6), High Chair (£12).
